SERVICES OVERVIEW
Three Connected Systems for International Demand and B2B Progress
Nine core capabilities are organized by the operating problem they solve—not as an undifferentiated channel list. Start with the system that most limits buyer understanding, relevant demand or commercial progress.
GROWTH DISCUSSION READINESS
Six questions to locate the constraint before choosing a channel
This on-page check helps prepare a discussion. It does not score the business, submit information or generate a diagnosis report.
- 01
Business objective & product
Which product, application or commercial objective needs priority—and which facts are already verified?
- 02
Market & buyer
Which market and buyer type matter, and what sourcing questions or objections are known?
- 03
Content & evidence
Which specifications, applications, quality records and authorized visual assets can support buyer evaluation?
- 04
Channels & permissions
Which accounts and pages already exist, who owns them, and what access can be approved safely?
- 05
Inquiry & follow-up
Who qualifies demand, confirms pricing and delivery, and records the next commercial action?
- 06
Data & review
Which channel, lead and commercial-stage signals can be reviewed with consistent definitions?
Prepare only non-sensitive information. Formal scope, access, costs, responsibilities and data handling are confirmed separately before work starts.

SYSTEM 01
B2B Marketplace Growth Operations
Marketplace activity, product structure, keywords and inquiry feedback are not working from one market and buyer view.
A clearer product portfolio, platform-specific content priorities, shared operating records and better inquiry-quality feedback.
Manufacturers using or preparing to use B2B marketplaces with verified product information and people available to handle qualified inquiries.

SYSTEM 02
Owned Global Growth System
The website, Google, social content and sales material operate as separate tasks instead of building one reusable international information base.
Owned pages, content and operating knowledge that can support search, campaigns, social communication and buyer follow-up over time.

SYSTEM 03
Sales Development & AI Operations
Channel demand, buyer research, follow-up actions and operating data remain fragmented, making worthwhile opportunities difficult to prioritize and improve.
Shared qualification, follow-up and review practices that connect channel evidence with the next responsible commercial action.
Manufacturers prepared to define permissions, approval roles, data boundaries and staff responsibility for commercial decisions.
- Customer problem
- Research, qualification, response, quotation coordination and follow-up are inconsistent.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT SCOPE
More channels are not automatically a better system
Begin with the constraint that most affects buyer understanding, trust or follow-up. The right scope depends on products, markets, sourcing behavior, budget, timing and internal capability. Deliverables and responsibilities are confirmed in project documentation.
OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Professional execution without an outcome guarantee
ALATE commits to clear objectives, informed execution, transparent feedback and continuous improvement. Rankings, traffic, inquiries, orders and revenue are not guaranteed. Client product readiness, pricing, certification, delivery, budgets, platform rules and participation also affect outcomes.
SERVICE FAQ
Scope, responsibility and starting conditions
Who is the service system designed for?
It is primarily designed for Chinese manufacturers with identifiable products, target markets and internal owners who can verify facts and handle commercial decisions. Other situations require a separate fit review.
What information does the client need to provide?
The starting point is verified business and product information, target-market priorities, current channel status, usable assets, authorized access and people responsible for approvals and buyer follow-up.
Are advertising, marketplace, software and other third-party costs included?
Not by default. Media spend, marketplace fees, hosting, software, production, travel and other third-party costs are confirmed separately in the project scope.
Who should own accounts, content and operating data?
Critical accounts and business assets should normally remain under client control. ALATE works only through agreed permissions, approval rules and minimum-necessary data access.
Who is responsible for products, pricing, certification, contracts and delivery?
The client and its authorized product or delivery parties retain final responsibility for product facts, claims, pricing, certification, quality, contracts, payment and delivery.
Do you guarantee rankings, traffic, inquiries or orders?
No. ALATE is accountable for the agreed professional work and transparent review, while outcomes also depend on products, markets, competition, budgets, platform rules and client execution.
Does every project need all three service systems?
No. A project should begin with the constraint that most affects buyer understanding, relevant demand or commercial follow-up. More channels do not automatically create a better system.
How does a project start?
Use the project-discussion preparation page to organize non-sensitive information about products, markets, channels and the main constraint. Scope, responsibilities, costs and permissions are confirmed separately before work begins.
